| Email Wizard Account Settings Create a brand new email account Personal Information Enter your name as you want it to appear on all your outgoing email. Email Address Enter your email address (username@avvanta.com). Login Name Enter your username Incoming Email Server mail.avvanta.com POP Outgoing Email Server mail.avvanta.com check Allow Authentication Older versions of Eudora After you have installed Eudora on your machine,
- Run eudora.exe, or if you have icons, click on the Eudora icon.
- If Eudora doesn't immediately pop up a configuration window, as described in the next step, go to the Tools menu and select Options....
- An Options box will pop up, with Getting Started selected. The fields to fill out are:
- POP Account: login_ID@mail.avvanta.com
- Real Name: Up to you
- Connection Method: Winsock
Select Personal Info POP Account: login_ID@mail.avvanta.com Real Name: Up to you Return Address: login_ID@avvanta.com Dialup Username: login_ID Select Hosts POP Account: login_ID@mail.avvanta.com SMTP: mail.avvanta.com Ph: Up to you Finger: Up to you
